This Privacy Policy explains how Black Swan Ventures Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of SalesHijacker (the "Service"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about visitors, waitlist subscribers, and — once the closed beta launches — registered users. We are committed to compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.

2. What We Collect

  • Waitlist / Early Access signups: email address and any optional information you submit through the "Join Early Access" form.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as detailed on our Cookie Policy.
  • Analytics data: aggregated, pseudonymous usage information such as pages viewed, referring URL, device and browser type.
  • Product usage data (post-launch): once the closed beta goes live, information you upload (e.g. job postings, offer letters) and how you interact with the Service — used solely to deliver the Service and never used to train third-party AI models.

3. Third-Party Processors

We rely on the following categories of processors to run the Service:

  • Hosting & infrastructure: Lovable (the platform that hosts this site).
  • Analytics: the analytics tool active on this site at the time of your visit (currently privacy-respecting first-party analytics; details available on the Cookies page).
  • Waitlist / email: the email service powering our "Join Early Access" form and transactional launch notifications.

All processors act on our documented instructions under a Data Processing Agreement.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)): when you submit your email to the waitlist and accept non-essential cookies.
  • Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): for security, fraud prevention, and improving the Service.
  • Contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): once you become a paying subscriber, to deliver the Service you signed up for.

5. International Data Transfers

Black Swan Ventures Group LLC is a U.S. entity. Personal data of visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland is transferred to the United States. Where required, transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here — for example, waitlist emails until the beta launches and for a reasonable period thereafter, or until you request deletion. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR Art. 15–21 and comparable laws, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion ("right to be forgotten");
  • object to processing, or restrict it;
  • portability of the data you provided to us;
  • withdraw consent at any time.
