Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SalesHijacker (the "Service"), operated by Black Swan Ventures Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing SalesHijacker, submitting your email to the waitlist, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Services Description

SalesHijacker is an AI-powered sales career intelligence platform for individual sales professionals. During the pre-launch phase, the Service consists of a public marketing site and a waitlist for closed beta access. Once launched, the Service will include tools such as job posting legitimacy checks, offer and contract analysis, and career ascension guidance, provided under a subscription model.

3. Payment Terms

The waitlist and closed beta are free to join. Once paid subscription tiers become available, applicable pricing, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented before any purchase. No charge is made until you explicitly authorize it. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the terms presented at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All site content, product functionality, software, models, and branding — including the SalesHijacker name and logo — are the exclusive property of Black Swan Ventures Group LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our trademarks, trade names, or other brand features.

5. Results Disclaimer

Any output generated by the Service — including job legitimacy scoring, offer analysis, negotiation guidance, and career recommendations — is informational only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or employment advice, and it is not a guarantee of employment, income, promotion, or any other outcome. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Swan Ventures Group LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered in the State of Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in the state or federal courts of Wyoming for infringement of intellectual property rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and where appropriate we will notify waitlist subscribers or users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
